My thesis mainly focused on maintenance and cutting tool replacement through statistical methods. I continue this activity, with help of my PhD Student who works on this thematics through an artificial intelligence point of view. I also work on optimizing maintenance policies, in particular on opportunistic maintenance policies, especially with resource constraints. More recently, I focus in particular on human resources in maintenance in the framework of maintenance 5.0.

A member of the university and the scientific community

My free time is divided between the representation of scientific personnel to the University board, to the Faculty board, and the IDEA committee of ASM International.
